Baldric
A dark blue (flag blue) baldric embellished gold and scarlet, starting from the top are three light blue wavy stacked scrolls doubled red and inscribed with "MANEUVER" "CENTER OF" "EXCELLENCE" in yellow letters; the shoulder sleeve insignia of the Maneuver Center of Excellence displayed with the MCOE Band Tab all in full color; below bend sinisterwise are the ribbons for the Army Superior Unit Award for 2003-2004 and the campaign credit for the World War I service for Lorraine, both in proper colors; in base a fleur-de-lis and star enclosed by a figure eight of laurel branches, all gold.
